milling the olives
From harvesting to bottling, every process is followed meticulously to obtain the highest quality from our olives. As soon as the veraison is almost complete, we collect the olives by hand and grind them in a few hours. The cold extraction takes place thanks to the use of the latest generation machinery, to preserve the organoleptic and beneficial properties of the oil.

Produced exclusively from our hand-picked olives selected in the olive grove of Bagnolungo, it's a blend of the traditional cultivars of Maremma: Leccino, Canino, Frantoio and Leccio del Corno. Pungent and delicate taste, with the scent of Mediterranean scrub and wild herbs.
